In the 1980s a young Hmong girl after fleeing war-torn Laos was taken in by a loving French family that introduced her to the french cuisine and its simple way of life. After leaving the family and moving to the United States at 18 years of age she persevered and made it through school earning a masters in psychology and in social work which allowed her to found a nonprofit working with individuals with disabilities. Just like the family that adopted her in France she strives to help the community by giving individuals with disabilities an opportunity to work and actively wants more people to help the community altogether.
Our French chef Antoine and our team of bakers works tirelessly to make sure that we provide the best experience we can while baking delicious pastries.
We offer a wide variety of baked goods, including crepes, sandwiches, pastries, and more. All of our products are made fresh daily and are available for purchase in-store.
